House rules

We want all guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please read and follow the house rules below during your time at the property.

During your stay

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Please respect the property, neighbours and local community at all times.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level, especially between 23:00 and 08:00.
No parties, events or gatherings are permitted.
Only the guests included on the booking may stay overnight at the property.
If you would like additional daytime visitors during your stay, please ask us in advance.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property.
Please do not move furniture between rooms or take indoor furniture, furnishings or bed linen outside.
Please use the property and all facilities with care so that future guests can enjoy them too.
Please do not remove any items from the property.
Wi-Fi must be used lawfully and reasonably.

A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed, and only if agreed in advance as part of the booking.
The dog fee is £25 per dog.
Dogs must not be left unattended in the property.
Please keep dogs off beds and sofas.
Please clean muddy dogs before bringing them into the property.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and for any damage caused by them.

Please lock doors and close windows when leaving the property unattended.
Fireworks, Chinese lanterns, firepits, candles and portable barbecues are not permitted.
Domestic EV chargers, including “granny chargers” or “trickle chargers”, must not be used at the property.
Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.

Please leave the property in a tidy condition.
Please report any damage, breakages or maintenance issues to us as soon as possible.
Please make sure all windows and doors are secure when you depart.
